In a city of 192,514, finding a container is rarely the hard part. Finding the right one for your street in Tempe on the day you want it takes more phone calls than most people have time for, and that is where HBI Roll Off comes in.
One call to our line starts it. You get connected with a local provider where one covers the address, and every rate or rule in Tempe is confirmed with them directly.
A clear picture of what to expect when you call about Tempe.
Describe what is going in rather than guessing yards. Roofing, concrete and household clutter all load very differently.
Concrete, brick and dirt need short-walled containers and a clear fill line. Mention them first so the right box gets sent.
You deal with a hauler serving your area, where one covers your address. Their rates and rules are the ones that apply.
A weekend garage purge and a months-long remodel are different rentals. Ask for the arrangement that suits your timeline.
Containers and portable restrooms are often sold by separate companies. Start with a single call and ask about both.
Before you book in Tempe: answers on sizes, permits, weight and restrooms.
On private property, usually not. On a street, sidewalk or other public right of way, many towns do require one, and the rules differ across AZ. Check with the Tempe public works or permit office before the drop-off date.
Go by the job, not the house. A single bathroom or small cleanout in Tempe often fits a 10 yard, a kitchen or several rooms of flooring a 15, and a mid-size reroof or full-floor remodel a 20. Going one size up usually costs less than a second haul.
Rental periods are set by each provider, and many start around a week. If your Tempe project may run long, say so on the first call, because extra days are often cheaper when agreed before delivery than added afterward.
If food is being served, your Tempe or county health department may require them, and they are a sensible addition for any big crowd. Placing a sink near the restrooms and another near food lines keeps people from having to walk far.
Public events and many job sites call for accessible units. Federal standards generally ask that part of a cluster, and at least one unit, be accessible. Your Tempe event permit or site contract may spell out exactly how many you need.
Usually, as long as the container is sized for the weight. Layers matter: two layers on a Tempe roof can double the tonnage. Have your square count ready, and ask whether shingles need to stay separate from other debris where you are.
